Return Process

  Log into your ThriveCo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
